Luxury Safari Lodges & Camps in Uganda
Handpicked luxury safari lodges and camps across Uganda's national parks — from intimate gorilla lodges in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to river-front camps overlooking the Nile at Murchison Falls. Every property has been personally inspected by the Rebo Safari team for quality, location, service, and sustainability.
Choosing Your Safari Accommodation
Safari accommodation in Uganda ranges from comfortable mid-range lodges to ultra-luxury exclusive-use camps. Mid-range properties typically cost $150 to $350 per person per night on a full-board basis, offering comfortable rooms, good food, and knowledgeable guides. Premium lodges range from $350 to $700 per night with superior rooms, gourmet dining, and exclusive locations. Ultra-luxury properties exceed $700 per night and offer private plunge pools, butler service, spa facilities, and the finest culinary experiences in the East African bush.
Location is the most important factor when selecting accommodation. Properties closest to park gates or within park boundaries provide the earliest access to wildlife, minimise driving time, and maximise your time in the field. Many lodges offer additional activities from the property itself, including guided nature walks, birding excursions, community visits, and cultural performances.
All lodges selected by Rebo Safari meet stringent criteria for guest experience, environmental responsibility, and community engagement. Our accommodation partners employ local staff, source supplies from nearby farms and cooperatives, and contribute to conservation initiatives in their regions. Solar power, rainwater harvesting, and waste management systems are standard at most properties.
Accommodation by Region
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest offers some of Uganda's most atmospheric lodges, set amid ancient rainforest with mountain gorilla families as neighbours. Queen Elizabeth National Park properties range from crater-rim lodges with panoramic views to riverside camps overlooking the Kazinga Channel. Murchison Falls lodges sit along the Nile with views of the world's most powerful waterfall. Kibale Forest camps provide a base for chimpanzee tracking in the world's primate capital.
